Oct 26, 2023ECC Debuts New FR Gloves | thefirearmblog.com
Environmental Control Corporation (ECC) is a new company offering gear for shooters, military, and law enforcement personnel. Their first new product is the FR Glove 1.0, a fire retardant glove for tactical use. Let's take a look at the features in a little more detail.
Gloves @ TFB:
One of the interesting design choices is the sizing. Rather than standard named sizes, like Small or Large, ECC uses palm circumference and hand length measurements. Simply measure your hand as directed, and pick the circumference and length measurement that line up with your measurements. These gloves are made of Kevlar and kangaroo leather. Those are not inexpensive materials, and the FR Gloves have an MSRP of $120.
ECC sent me a pair of these gloves a little more than a year ago, and they have made appearances in a few of my reviews. My full review is coming soon, but prepare for it to be positive. The ECC FR gloves are in stock on the ECC website and available for order now.

The strap already looks like its taken a beating. That flared edge is going to catch on stuff. Back to the drawing board.
